Breakfast

Room prices include a full cooked breakfast which is served in the breakfast room.  This is normally at 9am, but earlier breakfast times can be arranged if required.

A Woodmill breakfast is a fine meal with plenty of good fresh produce including 'runabout eggs' from a farm just up the road where you can see the hens pecking around, our own pheasant sausages, jam from a local fruit farm, freshly ground coffee and home-made bread.
 

Dinner

£40 per person including wine (minimum 4 people).

Dinner is served at a table at one end of the drawing room.  The food is good restaurant style with a homely twist, and the Wades take a lot of care over the quality of the ingredients and presentation. Virtually everything you eat will be sourced locally and vegetables are always organic. (Please note, all our meals are meat-based.)

Meals include 3 courses with good wine; to tempt your tastebuds, here are a couple of typical menus.

We recommend you include dinner at Woodmill because:

• although they exist, restaurants offering this quality of food are a fair drive away (and will cost a lot more)
• the comfort of the house is very inviting and ‘eating in’ means you make the most of your stay at Woodmill.
   

Bar Drinks

There is a fully stocked bar which guests are welcome to use. Help yourself, write down what you use in the honesty book and the amount will be added to your bill on departure.
